What fabric are your t-shirts made from?
Our premium tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton at 6.1 oz/yd² (206.8 g/m²). Ring-spun cotton is softer, stronger, and more durable than standard cotton — built to hold up wash after wash.
What about hoodies?
Our premium hoodies feature a 100% cotton face with an overall blend of 65% ring-spun cotton / 35% polyester for warmth and shape retention. Garment weight ranges from approximately 17 oz (S) to 25 oz (3XL).
What are the trucker hats made of?
Our trucker hats are 47% cotton, 28% nylon, 25% polyester — structured 5-panel, high-profile with a flat bill and snapback closure. One size fits most (head circumference 21⅝″–23⅝″).
Fit
How do your t-shirts fit?
Our tees are cut with a relaxed fit — roomy through the chest and body without being boxy. If you prefer a closer fit, we recommend sizing down. All sizing charts are available on each product page.
What sizes are available?
T-shirts and hoodies are available in S through 4XL (hoodie up to 3XL). Refer to the size guide on the product page for exact measurements.
Print & Embroidery Durability
How durable is the print on your apparel?
Our graphics are produced using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) or screen printing methods designed to last. To preserve the print, always wash the garment inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the graphic.
What about embroidery on hats?
Our trucker hats feature embroidered logos and text stitched directly into the fabric — no peeling, no cracking. Embroidery is among the most durable decoration methods available and maintains its look through regular wear and washing.
What if I receive an item with a print defect or seam damage?
If your order arrives with a print defect, seam issue, or any other manufacturing flaw, contact us within 7 days of delivery at CustomerService@darktimesrebellion.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Care Instructions
How should I care for my t-shirt or hoodie?
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Use mild detergent — avoid bleach or fabric softener
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
- Do not iron directly over the graphic
- Do not dry clean

How do I care for the trucker hat?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry only — do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can warp the structured brim.
Made-to-Order Process
What does "made to order" mean?
Every Dark Times Rebellion item is made specifically for you after you place your order — we don't hold pre-made inventory. This means no waste, better quality control, and a product crafted with intention.
How long does production take?
Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. US delivery estimates an additional 3–7 business days; international orders 7–21 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins quickly, cancellations or changes are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at CustomerService@darktimesrebellion.com if you need to make a change.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
