Returns & Refunds Policy

At Dark Times Rebellion, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind our products and will make things right if there is an issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse

Because all products are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Change of mind
    • Buyer’s remorse

Please review the sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after being placed.

  • You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order
  • After that, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank
