Thank you for shopping with Dark Times Rebellion. Every item is made to order, and we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once your order is processed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner for production and shipping.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

 

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high demand periods

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • The size and weight of your order

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • If the package is returned, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact the carrier directly

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost

Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This happens when items are produced at different facilities or at different times.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
